I had to wait in the corridor for at least 2 hours on arrival and it took 4 hours to get a bed.
However, the care from all the staff was brilliant.

Extremely kind and helpful staff explained what they were doing and why. (I think that is important) Obviously a busy ward but checking patients ok might be good as we don't like to ring
A brief indication of where the toilets were, how the TV worked where the lights were etc. would have been helpful.
